Father’s Day celebration: The myth is true

I write this at the end of this father’s day on 6/19/2022. Today besides father’s day is a special day for me because in away is also my celebration of beating my childhood trauma using my own method. Back in 2016 my soul was screaming for a change and I really thought I was going to become a life coach with my ironman background. So, I started writing my method but I felt like a hypocrite because first there is no magic formula. Second I was a mess.

The only formula that really works for everyone is attitude, but even attitude needs some method. I mean, action with no purpose is like going nowhere fast. Action with purpose will lead you to growth and in order to do that you need to work at the core of things. That is how the C.O.R.E method was born, which stands for change, optimize, reconnect and exceed.

I applied C.O.R.E method to my own depression and it worked. Today was actually the launching of my “life coaching”. As I said, the only way to coach is leading by example, and now all the pieces are together and this is how it works:

  • Punkaste the book of revelations is the story of my trauma (the only thing not free – available on amazon).
  • Free philosophy e-books in my blog with a lot of the things I learned in my journey.
  • Punkaste TV on YouTube with interviews, rituals, unusual things I did, and the most important part where I share my musical experience (my healing and moving forward from childhood trauma).

Having said that today was the kick off with 4 videos.

My Change!

My optimize!
My reconnect!
My exceed!

Subscribe to Punkaste TV for more horrible covers and stay tuned for every Tuesday at 420 a new episode of Rehearsals.

Craig Lewis in Surviving the impossible.

Life is so interesting. Few weeks ago, a guy contacted me on Reddit because I actually comment on his post 2 years prior to it. Anyways, he told me he wrote a book called Surviving the impossible. Therefore, I inveted him to my talk show.

My talk is very lady back with an open conversation, by usually difficult situations. Therefore, I didn’t google his name or anything like that. I just left for the live interview.

Anyways, I ended up interviewing Craig Lewis which I google his name afterwards. Super cool interview and super interesting because of his history with mental health.

Spiritual trauma

Spiritual trauma is real and yet very difficult to talk. I have been trying to do a conclusive video but it’s been hard. The words do NOT flow.

Interview with Darth Rirou

Fatherhood Rocks: So, you just made your very first record, how does it feel?

Darth Rirou: Wonderful because it is literally a dream come true. A childhood dream.

FR:A childhood dream, what do you mean by that?

DR: Yes, it is kind of a long story but learning how to rock and make music was a dream of mine since I was 7 years old. Never had the balls to pursue. I mean I had a band in high school but nothing serious.

FR: Who is this album for?

DR: Well, it’s for kids from around the ages of 5 to 12. For me those are the ages that usually shape your purpose in life. Especially 9, 10, 12 years old things really start to change. Was right around that time my depression started to kick in. This album is also for any adult healing their inner child, I mean I believe is great for anyone working on their traumas and fears. Certainly it is for me.

FR: Why are you a myth?

DR: Well first when I left the Royal Caribbean cruise some friends of friends in Brasil were saying I jumped from the boat and swam to shore, in order to escape. Second we gonna find out on halloween 2021 *laughs*

FR: What are the songs about?

DR: Everysong has a meaning but the whole album is inspired by my kids and what I want to pass on to them.

FR: What was the hardest part?

DR: Facing my fears and hearing myself. It’s always weird at first.

FR: A music inspiration for you?

DR:Lemmy Kilmister, in fact the idea of Rock-it-ology comes from his song… “Rock it… it ain’t no crime.”

When I told my therapist about doing music I even said: I would be happy if 10 people listen, because for me is about the doing and the purpose behind. Nothing to do with money or fame. Today El Rock Punkarena hit 115 views, 6 likes and Rock-it-ology TV have 11 subscribers. That for me is success because I exceed my fears and traumas!
