This guy came to me 6 months ago. Never done a triathlon, couldn’t swim 25 yards, and never biked before. Using my coaching methodology which is 90% spiritual and intuitive I predicted a finish time between 620 to 640. He Rock it a 636! Not only that he ran better than on his pure half marathon! Amazing what we can do when mind, body and soul are in harmony.
